Herond Browser – Data Deletion Instructions

At Herond, we respect your right to privacy and data ownership. If you no longer wish to use Herond Browser and would like your account and all associated data to be permanently deleted, please carefully read the instructions below.

Important Warnings Before Proceeding

Your request must be sent from the email address associated with your Herond account.

This action is irreversible. Once the deletion process starts, your account cannot be recovered.

Deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of:

• Your Herond ID and profile data
• All Herond Points and multipliers
• Wallet sync and session status
• Access to Herond dashboard features (Wallet, AI, Shield, etc.)
• If your Herond ID is linked to a Herond Wallet, please ensure that you have safely backed up your wallet credentials (private key or recovery method).

Processing Time

Once we receive and confirm your request, the deletion process will begin.

The process takes up to 14 calendar days to complete.

You will receive an email confirmation when:

1. We start processing your request.
2. The deletion is completed.

How to Submit Your Deletion Request

Hello Herond Support Team,

I would like to permanently delete my Herond account.

• Full Name: [Your Full Name]
• Email linked to my Herond account: [your@email.com]
• Date of account creation (approximate if not exact): [e.g., April 2024]

I confirm that:

• I understand this action cannot be undone.
• I understand all my Herond Points, sync data, and access to the Herond Wallet will be lost.
• I acknowledge that Herond is not responsible for any wallet access issues after deletion.

After Deletion

Once your request is processed and the 14-day window has passed, we will:

• Permanently delete or anonymize your personal data
• Invalidate all active sessions and login credentials
• Send a final confirmation email confirming account deletion

You will no longer be able to log in or create a new Herond ID using the same email unless you go through a new registration process.
