Fill out forms automatically


You can let Herond fill out forms automatically with saved info, like your addresses or payment info. When you enter info in a new form online, Herond might ask you if you’d like Herond to save it.

Herond never shares your info without your permission.

If you would like to save your password info to Herond, learn how to manage saved passwords. 

Add or change payment and address info you saved in Herond

  1. On your computer, open Herond.
  2. At the top right, click Profile > Payment methods or Addresses and more.
  3. Add, edit, or delete info: 
    • Add: Next to "Payment methods" or "Addresses," click Add. This will save your info to Herond on your device.
    • Edit: To the right of the card or address, click More Edit.
    • Delete: To the right of the card or address, click More Remove. 

If you add, edit, or delete an address and you’ve turned on sync, your changes will show up on your other devices.

Nickname your payment method in Herond

  1. On your computer, open Herond.
  2. At the top right, click Profile Payment methods.
  3. Next to "Payment methods," click Add or Edit next to an existing card.
  4. At the bottom, click Card nickname. 
  5. Enter a nickname for the card. The nickname appears when you select a form where you use a saved payment method.

Tips:

  • If you rename a payment method, it appears when you select a form that uses a saved payment method.

Stop offering to save payment and contact info to Herond

You can tell Herond not to save your payment and contact info on your device and not to offer to save your info.

  1. On your computer, open Herond.
  2. At the top, under "People", click Payment methods or Addresses and more.
    • To stop saving payment info, turn off Save and fill payment methods.
    • To stop saving addresses and contact info, turn off Save and fill addresses.

Herond doesn't suggest your saved info

If you don't get suggestions when you fill out a form, either:

  • The website might not be secure enough to get this info from Herond.
  • If the website is secure, Herond might not detect certain fields in the form.
