How to Create Your Wallet on Desktop

Step 1: Open Herond Browser and Access the Wallet

1. Open Herond Browser on your device.
2. In the top-right corner, click the Wallet icon.
3. This opens the Wallet Sidebar where you can manage your wallet and accounts.

Step 2: Create Your Herond Keyless Wallet

1. When the sidebar appears, tap Log in to Herond.
2. You will see two options:

• Create Wallet – start a new Keyless Wallet
• Import Wallet – use an existing seed phrase or private key

Select Create Wallet to continue.

Herond will generate a secure key using MPC-TSS technology. No seed phrase needed.

Step 3: Set a Strong Password

Before entering the wallet, you will be asked to set a device password.

This password protects your wallet on this device and is required to unlock it.

If you forget the password, you can reset your current wallet and restore your Keyless wallet again.

Tips for a strong password:

• Use at least 10 characters
• Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
• Avoid birthdays or simple patterns
• Use a password manager to store it safely

Enter the password twice to confirm.

Step 4: Wait for the Setup to Complete

1. Herond will prepare your wallet. You will see a short loading message: “Your wallet is setting up…”
2. After a few seconds, you will reach the success screen. Tap Get Started to open your main wallet homepage.
